Malvern International Plc (LSE:MLVN) is an AIM listed global learning and skills development provider with operations in London, Manchester and Malaysia. It also delivers learning courses online through the Malvern Online Academy.
Malvern International (previously known as AEC Education Plc) was admitted to AIM in December 2004 when it raised £750k in new equity through the issue of c. 1.829 million ordinary shares at a share price of 41 pence each.
Following the admission, MLVN had c. 14.916 million shares in issue and the market capitalisation of the company was £6.116 million.
At the date of its last equity issue on 25th June 2020, the company had 1.205 billion ordinary shares in issue and the share price was 0.15 pence. In October 2020, the MLVN share price was 0.135 pence, giving it a market cap of c. £1.63 million
